The Delhi-based Indian film and television actor Manish Goel recently hosted Ravishing Beauty & Wellness Awards 2017 in Delhi. The event was graced by actress Raveena Tandon.
Manish made his TV debut with Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii. He also appeared in reality shows like BIG Memsaab, Welcome – Baazi Mehmaan Nawazi Ki, Zara Nachke Dikha to name a few. He was the winner of the reality show Welcome – Baazi Mehmaan Nawazi Ki. Goel is popularly known for his lead role as ‘Tilak’ in Bhabhi on Star Plus.
Nowadays, Manish is busy shooting a series on star Bharat. Not many people know that Manish is a successful entrepreneur and owns a media house as well.
I happened to meet him during the Ravishing Beauty & Wellness Awards. He came across as a kind soul and a down to earth person.
Manish was busy reading his script backstage and I walked up to him and requested 5 minutes for a chit chat session.
He looked confused and with a smile agreed to chat after the show.
I was anxiously waiting for him, and there he walks in with a cute smile on his face. Before settling on the couch, he sneezed 4 times.
Me – I am sorry… Are you Ok?
Manish – Yes. Yes… Delhi Winters
Me – Silent and Staring at him (20 seconds later, I realized that I was making him feel awkward)
The star boy ‘Dil le gai Kudi Gujrat Ki’ was sitting just next to me rubbing his nose and trying hard not to sneeze.
(Oh! My Gawd – He is so Hawttt!! his face is glowing and he is too fit and…….)

It’s Time!
ME – Since you are based in Mumbai, how does coming to Delhi feels like?
Manish – I love Delhi. Delhi is very close to my heart. Every time I come here I feel like spending more time. But my work commitments have to be met. Delhi is my home. I grew up in the city and have wonderful memories. People here are so warm and friendly. So, the homely feeling is apparent everywhere in the city.
Me – How do you keep so fit?
Manish – “Exercise is the key to a fit body.”
I listen to my body clock. As the famous saying goes –
“Eat Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dine like a pauper”
Once should follow the rule of an inverted pyramid; while planning the meals for the day. Eat a full healthy breakfast and limit the calories for lunch. Also, its best to keep the dinner light.
Me – Any advice to your fans?
Manish – Eat well, Rest and Exercise. Limit your use of phone and spend more time with your loved ones.
Manish is a busy man and so he excused himself and rushed to the backstage.
